Join us for a delicious feast from our farm. Michael Vine, the farmer, will give a short talk about his grass-fed Sussex cattle and the different cuts of meat. Philippa, his wife and cook, will give a short cookery demonstration using seasonal ingredients, all cooked on our ESSE range cookers. Recipes will be provided. There will be an opportunity to buy or order beef before boarding the bus at the end of the evening to return to Lewes.
