The annual OctoberFeast Street Food FEAST has evolved! Enjoy the iconic riverside venue of Harvey’s Brewery for a day of exceptional street food and drink paired with a series of food masterclasses held in collaboration with Community Chef. Kate Henry of Great British Bake Off shares secrets to fantastic low sugar and gluten free baking. Chloe Edwards of Seven Sisters Spices takes us on a tour of flavourful spices. Robin Van Creveld demystifies sourdough while Alex at Limetree Kitchen helps us get to grips with game. Finally, Tom at Old Tree Coop – the brewing arm of Brighton’s acclaimed zero-waste restaurant SILO – will show us how to make magical drinks at home. All this, plus the Harvey’s Hop Bar, artisan coffee from Brighton’s One Church, live music, and a range of tantalising street food from the likes of Jhal Muri Express. This event is entirely free and come as you please, but as classroom space is limited we encourage you to pre-book seats for your chosen class(es) via Eventbrite.
