Learn the fundamentals of sourdough baking including how to make, maintain and use a sourdough starter, essential dough-craft, and home baking systems. At this workshop you will learn to make 100 percent rye bread with whole grains and sunflower seeds, Sussex batards and boules, sourdough pizza for lunch, and crumpets for tea. Suitable for beginners and enthusiasts. £65 includes lunch and refreshments.
