A ten-day-long taste-sensation party, organised by local people, for local people, on a non-profit basis.

Join us to celebrate the fourth Lewes OctoberFeast, showcasing our wonderful local food and drink. Get involved! Put on an event, or simply advertise in the full colour 2013 Festival programme which reaches over 10,000 homes in and around Lewes.

OctoberFeast promotes the production, marketing, sale and consumption of local, seasonal and sustainable food and drink in and around the town. Those who have taken part have been delighted with the outcome – many of the packed programme of events sell out.

Apple Mania

Lewes OctoberFeast has always had a close affection for the humble apple. Through our apple juicing events at the Market Tower and the attempt to map apple trees in the Lewes area, we always keen to get people to re-evaluate this delicious fruit and not let it rot on the ground or go to waste.
